Fresh start for Oxford’s Shagged Hair salon – soon to be renamed “Illume”

When the fire hit her salon at 604 Main Street in North Oxford, Vicky Durant, her staff, and their clients were in shock and disbelief. Thankfully, in that early morning inferno on January 2, no lives were lost.
