Hot dog eatery in Webster reopens as Joanne’s Coney Express

Joanne Kubicki is a familiar name and face in downtown Webster, having worked for three years at the Coney 1950 hot dog shop at 119 Main Street. She was en employee there until a year ago, and the restaurant closed later last year.
