Regular schedule:

Mon: Chair Yoga is back with Joanne LaLiberte HHP., 10:30-11:30am.  Mondays except Holidays for 8 sessions. Monday March 10th is class #1.  Come join us it’s FREE. You are welcome to jump in anytime. Easy to learn!  With regular practice Yoga can help you feel great, and who wouldn’t love that? Spring is coming; give yourself a gift of better range of motion, so you can do more things with ease this season.

Follow me to “Monday Movie Matinee’” on the Big Screen, at the Crawford Library “Fels Room” @ 1pm. Please see movie schedule for upcoming films.  Free freshly popped popcorn with butter!  Hosted by Karen Wall, Head Librarian, and COA Margaret.    Big Screen Classic Films to enjoy once again!

Tues: 13 Card Pitch, and Dudley Senior Needleworker’s Group, meeting @ 1pm.

Wed: Scrabble Players, and Dudley Senior Needleworker’s Group, meeting @ 1pm

Thurs: Cribbage Players meet @ 1pm.  We need more players!  Come join us!

Fri:  Lunch is @ 11:30am Followed by BINGO with Pat and Bob.  (no BINGO on days of Italian Lunch).

NEW! Feb 27, New Program:  “Grief with Life’s Changes”  Getting Through a Period of Transition.  Brown Bagged Supper Series. (Bring your bagged lunch),  4th Thursday of the month 4pm-6pm. Here at the Dudley Senior Center. “Grief is a sign of life stirring towards itself”. “Grief is knowing what we love will not last”. Any age group welcome. If you are suffering a loss of any kind and are feeling sad and overwhelmed by your emotions, death, job loss, major move, terminal diagnosis you/or someone you love, being unable to drive, failing health, sight mobility, hearing. Support is here to listen and offer kind help to move through your grief.
