All local legislators are scheduled to attend the Webster Dudley Oxford Chamber of Commerce’s first annual legislative breakfast on Friday, November 1, at Point Breeze Restaurant in Webster.
Topics the legislators will address include “Education Reform and How it Relates to the Millionaire Tax” and “Family and Medical Leave Law Update.” A question and answer segment will follow.
State Senator Ryan C. Fattman represents Webster, Dudley, and Oxford, all in his Worcester & Norfolk District, State Representative Joe McKenna represents Webster and parts of Oxford, Representative Paul Frost represents parts of Oxford, and Representative Peter J. Durant represents Dudley.
Representative Jim McGovern includes Webster and Oxford in his Massachusetts 2nd Congressional District.
All local businesses are invited to attend the breakfast and meet the legislators. The breakfast begins at 8 a.m. and will end at 10 a.m. Coffee at 7:30 a.m. To register, go to www.wdochamber.org.
