The Northbridge Cultural Council is a local agency funded by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency. The Northbridge Cultural Council is part of the largest grassroots cultural funding network in the nation, the Local Cultural Council (LCC) program of the Mass Cultural Council. The LCCs enrich the cultural life of all cities and towns in Massachusetts. Led by municipally appointed volunteers, LCCs award over $4 million every year, supporting more than 6,000 cultural programs that include everything from field trips to lectures, festivals, and dance performances.
