Planting Food for Pollinators

Wednesday, March 12, 2014 - 7:00pm
Rutland Library, 280 Main St. Meeting Room
This Lecture and Workshop are free of charge
In this lecture Barbara MacPhee hopes to encourage gardeners to plant those plants which are good food sources for our pollinators who are currently in distress. She will share her knowledge and help others understand the "how and why" of this subject. "We need to keep in mind the balance of nature providing the right conditions for a healthy environment". Gardening and beekeeping are both complex and intriguing topics. Please join us and learn how they benefit one another.
WCCD also invites you to a workshop which follows, designed to help those interested in the WCCD Seedling Sale. See below!
To reserve a spot at this Lecture and Workshop, please email [email protected] or call 508-829-0168 ext. 5.
