SOUTHBRIDGE, MA – Samantha Chase, M.D., has joined Harrington Physician Services Orthopedic Surgery Department.
Dr. Chase received her medical degree from the University of Buffalo SUNY, School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.
She completed an internship and residency at the Harvard Combined Orthopaedic Residency Program (HCORP), which includes four Harvard-affiliated teaching hospitals: Boston Children’s Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. Residents in HCORP have access to one of the finest musculoskeletal research communities in the country. Dr. Chase then went on to complete her fellowship training at the Lahey Clinic focusing on surgery of the hand and upper extremity.
Dr. Chase will join Drs. Russell Donnelly, Young-Ho, Oh, Charles Sommer and Joseph Veneziano in the orthopedic surgery office at 94 South Street in Southbridge. Patients interested in scheduling an appointment should call 508-764-2772.

The HPS Orthopedic Surgery Department provides a variety of services to patients, including arthritis/osteoarthritis, tendon and ligament injuries, bone fracture and trauma, knee arthroscopy, meniscus tears, sports medicine, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendon and splints and casts. Surgical options include minimally-invasive arthroscopic procedures with minimal scarring and shorter recovery time.
