BOSTON—Senator Ryan C. Fattman (R-Sutton) announced the hire of Sutton native Billy Fredericks as a legislative aide. A perennial intern for the past 3 years, Fredericks finally joins the office in a full-time capacity after receiving his Bachelor’s degree in International Relations with a minor in business from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
“I am excited to work in this new role and with the staff in the Senator’s office. Having interned for the office part-time over the past few years, I’ve learned some of the ins and outs of government work, and now I am excited to further my knowledge and represent Senator Fattman in this way. I am ready to hit the ground running for the people of the Worcester and Norfolk district in any way necessary. Senator Fattman and his office have done excellent and thorough work over the last four years, and I’m ready to help continue that through this position,” said Fredericks.
Fredericks’ responsibilities include assisting with constituent services and district operations within the 14 towns that comprise the Worcester Norfolk senate district.
