Who wouldn’t want to have more hours in a day, more control over her life, and a positive work/life balance? But for many of us it’s easier said than done.
The Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce established a Women’s Success Network program earlier this year with a goal to provide area women with tools and events to achieve success in every phase of their lives and careers.
The next event is an informative and interactive workshop called “Find More Hours to Have Better Control,” presented by Sandra Kearny, vice president of Growthco.
The workshop will help participants identify their top three high priority behaviors, learn how to use resources they already have, set clear goals, analyze their work/life balance, identify time-saving tools, and create personal “time worth” exercises.
The workshop will take place on October 9, from 8 a.m. to noon, at the Millbury Credit Union, 50 Main Street, Millbury.
Cost for the workshop is $10 for Chamber of Commerce members, $15 for non-members. To register go to blackstonevalley.org or call 508-234-9090. All area women are welcome to attend. Please RSVP by September 25.
