The Douglas Police Department offers Officer Scott Taylor congratulations on his promotion to full time Police Officer. Officer Taylor graduated from the Lynnfield Police Academy in July and started his field training. He has worked for the Douglas Police Department since 2015, starting as a dispatcher and becoming a reserve officer in 2016. He recently retired from the United States Air Force after over 27 years of service and holds a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice.
