Town of Auburn’s Farmer’s Market and Entertainment Schedules

According to the town’s Recreation and Cultural Director, Kristen Pappas’ bulletin, Auburn’s ongoing Summer and Concert schedules include the following activity and concerts: 
Every Thursday at the town’s Dr. Arthur and Dr. Martha Pappas Recreation Complex from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m., a Farmer’s Market will be held through Thursday, August 29.  Outdoor live concerts will also be held the same date with a start time of 6:00 p.m. 
Remaining programs include Thursday, August 1, with Below Deck (yacht rock band) who will play tunes from artists like Christopher Cross, Toto, Kenny Loggins, Hall & Oates, and many more. Sure to be a hit with all audience members. 
Thursday, August 8, will feature the Aquanett Band who will entertain with 80’s rock and metal featuring songs from Bruce Springsteen to Heart to Lionel Richie and Huey Lewis & the News. 
August 15’s lineup will be Outriggers, a classic rock band, who hail themselves as “New England’s Premier Cover Band.” Their show include songs from the Zac Brown Band, Styx, Elvis Presley, Kansas, Eddie Money, and Garth Brooks. 
August 22’s band will be Dock 10 who specialize in music from the 70’s and 80’s and according to their Facebook page are “a 7-piece family band playing all of your favorites from the 70’s and 80’s with more recent hits sprinkled in to add a little twist!”
The season closes out on August 29 with Petty Larceny a Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers tribute band. Some of his songs include “I Won’t Back Down,” “Free Fallin’ ” and “Don’t Do Me Like That.” 
Mark your calendars for a few leisurely Thursday evenings to check out all the goodness and freshness of locally-grown produce before setting up your chair or blanket to gather with other concert-goers and enjoy a free and friendly evening outdoors with great music and good fun.
