Naylors Kitchen & Bath Centre had its beginnings in 1882 when James Naylor and his son, Charles, established Naylor Cooperage Stock Mills. Originally located in Essex (about 20 miles outside of Windsor) as a saw and stave mill, the business evolved from sawmill to lumberyard to home centre and finally to its present day specialty centre for kitchen and bath products. In 1973, the company started to distribute a line of cabinets manufactured by Merillat Industries in Adrian, Michigan.
